Vocational Training

We attach great importance to solid, high-quality vocational training in our industrial training workshop with a full-time instructor.

We provide vocational training for the following professions:

• Cutting Machine Operator (m/f/X) – every year
• BA student (m/f/X) from spring / autumn semester 2021
• Flyer Vocational Training CMO (PDF, 1,8 MB)
• Flyer Vocational Training MTS (PDF, 1,8 MB)

B&S Academy

In addition to external training opportunities, we offer internal training within our "B&S Academy", which has been in existence since 2017. These courses are specially tailored to the professional and personal requirements of our employees, for example:

• Training in drawing reading
• Training in measurement technology
• Individual training in turning and milling from basic up to expert modules.
